Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Kwality Wall’s (India) Limited on listing of equity shares

The leading law firm in India, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Kwality Wall’s (India) Limited (“KWIL”) in relation to the listing of its equity shares on BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited, following the demerger of the ice cream business of Hindustan Unilever Limited (“HUL”) into KWIL pursuant to a scheme of arrangement. The firm also acted as the sole transaction counsel to HUL for the demerger and listing of KWIL.
