Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Lenskart Solutions Limited on its IPO
The leading full-service law firm in India, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Lenskart Solutions Limited (“Company”) and its promoters — Peyush Bansal, Neha Bansal, Amit Chaudhary, and Sumeet Kapahi — on the initial public offering (IPO) of 181,063,669 equity shares aggregating to INR 72,780.15 million.
The Offer comprised a fresh issue of 53,501,096 equity shares aggregating to INR 21,500.00 million, and an offer for sale of 127,562,573 equity shares by certain shareholders, including the promoters, aggregating to INR 51,280.15 million.
The CAM Capital Markets team was led by Yash Ashar (Senior Partner) and Aashima Johur (Partner), supported by Priyanka Khetwal (Senior Associate), Aditya Singh (Associate), Dhawal Nirash (Associate), Rishi Nandkeolyar (Associate), Kanika Bhakhna (Associate), Gaurav Lalwani (Associate), and Abhirup Manna (Associate).
