Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas Advised Mobikwik on IPO as Legal Counsel

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM ) advised Mobikwik (One Mobikwik Systems Limited) in their IPO as their legal counsel. The IPO was oversubscribed by 125 times, with the qualified institutional buyers’ portion and retail portion being oversubscribed by 126 times and 142 times, respectively. The IPO size was Rs. 572 crores.

The book running lead managers to the offer were SBI Capital Markets Limited and DAM Capital Advisors Limited.

The transaction team at CAM comprised of Partner & Head - Capital Markets Manan Lahoty, and Partners Abhiroop Lahiri and Puneet Passi, with the support of Associates Medhashree Verma, Ritvik Maheshwari, Kanika Bhakhna, and Rukman Banka. Mobikwik listed on NSE and BSE on 18th December, 2024.
