The leading law firm in India, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas acted as legal advisors to Mr. Sanjay Shyam Wadhwa and Mr. Sandeep Ram Wadhwa (collectively, the “Wadhwas”) and Nash Industries (I) Private Limited (“Nash Industries”), a leading design and manufacturing solutions provider, in respect of sale of a significant minority stake in Nash Industries to ChrysCapital, a leading Indian private equity fund, and its affiliates. ChrysCapital emerged as the preferred investor in the bid process.
Nash Industries is a prominent design and manufacturing solutions provider with a strong presence in the Indian market. ChrysCapital emerged as the preferred investor following a competitive bid process.
Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Nash Industries and the Wadhwas on the consolidation and restructuring of its business, assisted during the pre-bid and bid stages, and provided comprehensive legal support including due diligence, transaction documentation, and regulatory advisory services.
The Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas team was led by Siddharth Hariani (Partner) and Bhargav Joshi (Partner), with support from Vaishnavi Eshwar (Principal Associate), Piyush Langade (Senior Associate), and Associates Shubham Shanu, Rishika Raghuwanshi, Saumya Sharma, and Alena Jamal.
