The leading law firm in India, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Nxtra Data Limited, the data center arm of the Bharti Airtel group, in securing an aggregate investment of USD 1 billion from Alpha Wave Ventures (lead investor), Carlyle Group, Anchorage Capital, and Bharti Airtel Limited.
Nxtra Data is a leading data center company in India, offering secure, scalable, and enterprise-grade services nationwide. The company designs, builds, and operates a network of smart, resilient, and sustainable data centers across 120+ locations, serving enterprises, hyperscalers, governments, SMEs, OTT platforms, and CDNs.
The Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas transaction team was led by Ravindra Bandhakavi (Senior Partner), with support from Amarta Roy (Partner), Anandita Kaushik (Partner), Radhika Shukla (Senior Associate), Sudarshan Srikanth (Senior Associate), Aeruva Akash (Associate), and Rhea Prasad (Associate).
