Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised on Juspay Technologies’ Series E funding round

The leading law firm in India, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised (i) Juspay Technologies Private Limited on its Series E fundraising from WestBridge Capital; and (ii) VEF AB (publ) on the partial sale of their stake in Juspay to WestBridge Capital. A few other existing shareholders of the company also participated in the secondary transaction.
