Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas Advised Prestige Estates Projects On ₹5,000 Cr QIP
Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas Advised Prestige Estates Projects Ltd as its Legal Counsel as to Indian law, on its Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP) involving issuance of 2,98,68,578 equity shares, aggregating up to Rs. 5,000 crores.
The shares were issued to eligible institutional investors at ₹1,674 per share, representing a 4.62% discount from the floor price of ₹1,755.09, set by the panel.
The QIP launched on August 29, 2024, and concluded on September 4, 2024.
The lead managers for the QIP were JM Financial Ltd, CLSA India Private Limited, J.P. Morgan India Private Limited, and Kotak Mahindra Capital Company Limited.
Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas team advising on the transaction included Partner and Regional Co-head Markets Practice (South) Reuben Chacko, Principal Associate Rushab Dhandokia, Associates Ayushi Agarwal and Harsha Menon, alongside Partner Abhilash Pillai, Principal Associate Ritha Ulbyre, and Associates Shivani Subbaiah and Akshaya BS.
