Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Prestige Group on 'The Prestige City – Indirapuram' township project in Ghaziabad
Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Prestige Group on its ambitious new township project, ‘The Prestige City – Indirapuram’, located in Ghaziabad, NCR. The project marks Prestige Group’s significant entry into the NCR residential market with a sizable footprint.
The firm’s scope of work included:
- (a) Advising on the framework and overall structure of the project from time to time;
- (b) Undertaking exhaustive title investigation of approximately 62.5 acres of land forming part of the project; and
- (c) Drafting and negotiating sophisticated transaction documents including joint development agreement(s) and other ancillary documents.
The integrated township, including commercial spaces, is proposed to be developed and launched in phases. The first phase of the residential component was launched recently, following registration under RERA on April 28, 2025.
