Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas Advised PTC India On Sale Of Subsidiary PTC Energy To ONGC Green
Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM) advised PTC India Limited, a listed company (PTC) in the sale of its subsidiary, PTC Energy Ltd (PEL) to ONGC Green Limited (ONGC) through a bidding process. PEL has an aggregate operational wind generation capacity of 288.80 MW which is spread over 7 projects which are in Madhya Pradesh, Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka.
Transaction Team at CAM was led by Partners Ritika Rathi along with Sreetama Sen with support from Principal Associates Nooreen Haider, Senior Associate Bhadra Nair, and Associates Aakash Arun Rao and Esha Goyal.
The transaction was signed on 13th September, 2024. The closure of deal is subject to fulfilment of CPs of the transaction document.
