Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Sattva Group and Colife Advisory Private Limited on USD 100 million JV Platform with Bain Capital
The Leading Law firm, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Sattva Group and Colife Advisory Private Limited ("Colive") in relation to a strategic arrangement involving the establishment of a USD 100 million joint venture platform by Sattva Group and Bain Capital for developing co-living projects across India, which will be managed and operated by Colive under its brand name. Pursuant to the establishment of the JV Platform, Sattva Group and Bain Capital also led Colive’s Series B fundraise.
The firm also advised the JV Platform, Sattva Group and Colive on the acquisition of the first two assets by the JV Platform in Bengaluru and Pune, as well as on the corresponding operational arrangements.
The Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas team was led by S. Harish (Partner) and Trayosha Darapuneni (Partner), with support from Shruthi Ashok (Principal Associate), Vidushi Kesarwani (Senior Associate), Suryanarayana Mohan (Senior Associate), Darshna Vyas (Senior Associate), Akash Thomas Jose (Associate), and Yash Chadha (Associate).
