Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Shadowfax Technologies Limited and International Finance Corporation on IPO
The leading law firm in India, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (“CAM”) advised Shadowfax Technologies Limited (“Company”) and International Finance Corporation (“IFC”), a selling shareholder, in connection with the initial public offering (“IPO”) of the Company.
The IPO was priced at ₹124 per equity share and aggregated to ₹19,072.69 million, comprising (i) a fresh issue of equity shares aggregating to ₹10,000.00 million; and (ii) an offer for sale aggregating to ₹9,072.69 million.
CAM acted as domestic legal counsel to the Company and as legal counsel to IFC, which offered 5,286,212 equity shares aggregating to ₹655.49 million as part of the offer for sale.
The equity shares of Shadowfax Technologies Limited were listed on BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited on January 28, 2026.
Shadowfax Technologies Limited is a technology-led third-party logistics (3PL) company that leverages digital solutions to facilitate e-commerce and on-demand delivery. The Company serves a wide range of enterprise clients across horizontal and non-horizontal e-commerce, quick commerce, food marketplaces, and on-demand mobility platforms.
The book running lead managers to the IPO were ICICI Securities Limited, Morgan Stanley India Company Private Limited, and JM Financial Limited.
The CAM transaction team advising the Company was led by Manshoor Nazki (Partner – Regional Co-Head, Capital Markets – South),with support from Amitpal Singh (Principal Associate), Sravya Surapaneni (Senior Associate),and Surya Rajkumar, Bhaskar Kumar, Dhruv Sharma, and Khadri Mohammed (Associates).
The CAM capital markets team advising International Finance Corporation comprised Aashima Johur (Partner),with support from Rishi Nandkeolyar and Abhinav Singh Chauhan (Associates).
The corporate team advising IFC included Srabanee Ghosh (Partner) and Radhika Shukla (Senior Associate).
