Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Statkraft A.S. on the sale of Mandakini Jal Urja Private Limited
The Leading law firm in India, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas acted as legal counsel to Statkraft A.S. (“Statkraft”) in connection with the 100% stake sale of its wholly owned subsidiary, Mandakini Jal Urja Private Limited, which is implementing a 76 MW hydroelectric project in Uttarakhand, to Bhilwara Energy Limited. The transaction is subject to customary conditions precedent and regulatory approvals.
