Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Sudeep Pharma Limited on its initial public offering
The leading law firm in India, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas acted as the Indian legal counsel to Sudeep Pharma Limited (“Company”) on the initial public offering of its equity shares (“Offer”). The Offer comprised a fresh issue of equity shares and an offer for sale by the promoter selling shareholders. The book running lead managers to the Offer were ICICI Securities Limited and IIFL Capital Services Limited (formerly IIFL Securities Limited).
The Offer opened on Friday, November 21, 2025, and closed on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, receiving an overall subscription of 93.71 times, with the portion reserved for qualified institutional buyers subscribed 213.08 times, as per data available on the National Stock Exchange of India’s website. The equity shares of the Company commenced trading on Friday, November 28, 2025. The Company is a technology-led manufacturer of excipients and specialty ingredients for the pharmaceutical, food, and nutrition industries.
