Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised TVS Infrastructure Trust on INR 1,300 crore initial offer

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised TVS Infrastructure Trust, TVS Infrastructure Investment Manager Private Limited, and TVS Industrial & Logistics Parks Private Limited in connection with the initial offer by TVS Infrastructure Trust (the “Trust”) of 13,00,00,000 Units through a private placement at a price of INR 100.00 per Unit, aggregating to INR 1,30,000.00 lakhs (the “Offer”). The Offer comprised a fresh issue of 10,50,00,000 Units, aggregating to INR 1,05,000.00 lakhs by the Trust (the “Fresh Issue”) and an offer for sale of 2,50,00,000 Units, aggregating to INR 25,000.00 lakhs by the Selling Unitholder (the “Offer for Sale”).

The transaction team was led by Kranti Mohan (Partner, Head – REIT and InvITs), with support from Sarvpriya Mishra (Principal Associate), Saksham Khokhar (Senior Associate), Molika Agrawal (Associate), Parikha Rathi (Associate), and Mansii Jain (Associate).

The matter was concluded under the guidance of Yash Ashar (Senior Partner). The transaction was signed on 6th February, 2025 and closed on 30th June, 2025.
