The leading law firm in India, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised the underwriters on the initial public offering (“IPO”) undertaken by Bluestone Jewellery and Lifestyle Limited (“Company”), a contemporary lifestyle diamond, gold, platinum, and studded jewellery brand operating under its flagship brand, BlueStone.
The IPO comprised a fresh issue aggregating to Rs. 8,200 million and an offer for sale by certain investor selling shareholders of the Company aggregating to Rs. 7,206.50 million.
