Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM) advised Vedanta Limited (Seller) on the offer for sale of 63,605,891 equity shares of face value Rs. 2 each (Equity Shares) of its subsidiary, Hindustan Zinc Limited (Company).
The sale was executed through a designated window on the Stock Exchanges on August 16, 2024, and August 19, 2024, representing 1.51% of the total issued and paid-up Equity Share capital of the Company. The floor price for the offer was set at Rs. 486 per Equity Share.
Citigroup Global Markets India Private Limited and JM Financial Institutional Securities Limited acted as brokers for the transaction.
