Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Powerica Limited on its INR 11,000 million IPO
The leading law firm in India, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Powerica Limited on its initial public offering of equity shares. The IPO, aggregating to INR 11,000 million, comprised an offer for sale by Naresh Oberoi Family Trust and Kabir and Kimaya Family Private Trust, being the promoter selling shareholders of the Company. The offer was priced at INR 395 per equity share and included a reservation for eligible employees. The equity shares were listed and commenced trading on the BSE and NSE on April 2, 2026.
Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas also advised Naresh Oberoi Family Trust and Kabir and Kimaya Family Private Trust in their capacity as promoter selling shareholders. The book running lead managers to the offer were ICICI Securities Limited, IIFL Capital Services Limited and Nuvama Wealth Management Limited.
