Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas represented Adani Road Transport Limited in acquisition of D P Jain TOT Toll Roads Private Limited
The leading Indian law firm, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, represented Adani Road Transport Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Adani Enterprises Limited, in signing definitive documents to acquire 100% stake in D P Jain TOT Toll Roads Private Limited, from D P Jain and Co. Infrastructure Private Limited and DPJ-DRA Tollways Private Limited for an enterprise value of INR 1,342 crores.
D P Jain TOT Toll Roads Private Limited operates the Palanpur-Radhanpur-Samakhayali section of National Highway-27 from KM 536+000 to KM 430+100 in Gujarat on a TOT model.
The Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas team was led by Paridhi Adani (Partner & Head – Ahmedabad) and Jay Parikh (Partner), with support from Akshay Zaveri (Principal Associate), Ayushi Toshniwal (Principal Associate), Saranya Lal (Senior Associate), Yashaanki Kora (Associate), Pauravi Kolhe (Associate), and Mehar Arora (Associate).
On real estate due diligence and documentation, the team was led by Siddharth Singh (Partner), supported by Rushi Panchal (Associate) and Sarthak Vora (Associate).
On competition law aspects, the team was led by Dhruv Rajain (Partner), supported by Rajat Sharma (Senior Associate) and Ridhima Sethi (Associate).
