Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised The Sleep Company and its Founders on Series D funding round
The leading law firm Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Comfort Grid Technologies Private Limited (The Sleep Company) and its Founders, Mrs. Priyanka Salot and Mr. Harshil Salot, on its INR 480 crore Series D funding round.
The Company raised INR 430 crore from ChrysCapital and INR 50 crore from 360 One Asset. The investment round, which was evenly split between primary and secondary transactions, strengthens the Company’s position as a leading direct-to-consumer startup in the sleep and comfort segment.
The Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas team was led by Vandana Sekhri (Partner) and Sonakshi Arora (Partner), with support from Dhrumil Sanghvi (Senior Associate), Rishi Rathod (Associate), and Tushmi Udyalak (Associate).
