Delhivery IPO boasts of 7 law firms

The company has tax disputes worth Rs.100 crores

Four Indian law firms and three foreign law firms will deliver the billion-dollar IPO for the logistics company, Delhivery.

According to the Securities and Exchange Bureau of India (SEBI), Delhivery has Rs.100 crores of tax disputes with various government agencies between the company and its subsidiaries,

Suhani Singh is the General Counsel of Delhivery.

Those who advised the IPO are Indian law firm Shardul Amarchand and foreign law firm Latham & Watkins for Delhivery, while Indian law firm Cyril Amarchand and foreign law firm Linklaters Singapore advised the bankers. Foreign law firm Morrison and Foerster advised Softbank with Indian law firm Khaitan & Co being the selling shareholders. Also, the Indian law firm Samvad Partners was the individual selling shareholder.
