Dentons Link Legal acted as the Legal Counsel for IPO of Senco Gold

Dentons Link Legal acted as the Legal Counsel to the Book Running Lead Managers, IIFL Securities Limited, Ambit Private Limited and SBI Capital Markets Limited for the Initial Public Offering of equity shares of Senco Gold Limited and an offer for sale equity shares by selling shareholder aggregating to Rs. 4,050 million. The IPO was subscribed over 77 times overall and the qualified institutional buyers components was subscribed over 190 times.

Senco Gold Limited is India’s second largest retailer of gold and diamond jewelry along with jewelry made of other silver, platinum, precious stone, semi-precious stones and other metals.
