Dentons Link Legal advised Aquapharm Chemicals in its acquisition by PCBL Limited

Dentons Link Legal is advising Aquapharm Chemicals Private Limited in the proposed sale of 100% of Aquapharm to PCBL Limited for Rs. 3,800/- crore.

Aquapharm is a Pune-based specialty chemicals company. With manufacturing facilities in India, the US, and Saudi Arabia, Aquapharm specializes in manufacturing water treatment chemicals.

PCBL is part of the RP Sanjiv Goenka Group and is listed on the NSE. The parties have signed a share purchase agreement.

The closing of the transaction is subject to obtaining certain regulatory and other approvals and satisfaction of certain conditions.
