Dentons Link Legal Advised Book Running Lead Managers on Bharat Coking Coal Limited IPO
The global law firm Dentons, through its Indian presence Dentons Link Legal, advised the Book Running Lead Managers, IDBI Capital Markets & Securities Limited and ICICI Securities Limited, in connection with the initial public offering of Bharat Coking Coal Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Coal India Limited (CIL), which was conferred Mini Ratna status in 2014.
Bharat Coking Coal Limited is India’s largest coking coal producer, accounting for 58.50% of domestic coking coal production in Fiscal 2025. The IPO comprises an offer for sale of up to 465,700,000 equity shares by the promoter selling shareholder.
