Desai & Diwanji, ELP act on SILA acquisition of Forbes Facility Services from Shapoorji Pallonji Group
The deal was valued at Rs.42 crores
Sila Solutions Private Limited, the real estate platform has acquired Forbes Facility Services from the Shapoorji Pallonji Group in an all-cash deal.
With the acquisition, Sila's facilities managing services business will strengthen its presence in North India. The combined entity is expected to be over Rs.600 crores.
Law firm Desai & Diwanji advised the Bombay Stock Exchange-listed Forbes & Company Limited on the deal. The team comprised Mumbai Partner Natasha Treasurywala, Associate Partner Shireen Langrana, and Senior Associate Mansi Dua.
Economic Laws Practice represented Sila on the deal. The team was led by Partner Aakanksha Joshi and Associate Vinit Shah.
