The leading law firm in India, DMD Advocates advised Harsoria Healthcare Private Limited in relation to the formation of a strategic joint venture in India with MedSource Labs, a Minnesota-based company specializing in the development and supply of innovative healthcare solutions and advanced medical technologies.
The joint venture aims to combine Harsoria’s manufacturing capabilities with MedSource Labs’ technological expertise to enhance product innovation, strengthen supply chains, and expand market access across geographies. Harsoria Healthcare Private Limited is a Gurugram-based, fully integrated medical devices manufacturer producing cost-effective healthcare products.
DMD Advocates advised on all legal aspects of the transaction, including structuring, drafting, and negotiation of definitive agreements.
