DMD Advocates advised IMFA on strategic partnership with JSW Green Energy

DMD Advocates advised Indian Metals and Ferro Alloys Limited (IMFA), a leading fully integrated producer of value-added ferro chrome in India, on its joint venture with JSW Green Energy Limited.

Under the strategic partnership, IMFA is investing in JSW Green Energy One Limited and JSW Green Energy Seven Limited for the supply of hybrid renewable power of 70 MW Contracted Demand (including 50 MW AC solar and 100 MW wind capacity), structured under the ‘captive generating plant’ model. IMFA has committed an investment of INR 83.26 crores in one or more tranches into the power project entities.

DMD Advocates advised on legal due diligence, and drafted and negotiated the transaction documents.
