DMD Advocates advised NDR Auto Components Limited (NDR) in connection with its joint venture with Hayashi Telempu Corporation (Hayashi), aimed at introducing a range of innovative and disruptive offerings for vehicles in the Indian market.

The proposed joint venture company will be engaged in the manufacturing of auto components such as ambient light, carpet, dash inner, rear shade, and toner cover. NDR and Hayashi will each hold 50% equity in the joint venture, marking a strategic collaboration in the automotive sector with a focus on high-quality and specialized interior vehicle components.
