DMD Advocates Advised Tata Capital Healthcare Fund II On $20M Investment In Harsoria Healthcare
DMD Advocates advised Tata Capital Healthcare Fund II, the healthcare-focused private equity fund of Tata Capital, along with other financial investors, in their USD 20 million investment in Harsoria Healthcare Private Limited, a Gurugram-based manufacturer of peripheral venous catheters (PIVC) and other medical consumables.
The investment will enable Harsoria Healthcare to expand its manufacturing capabilities, including the establishment of a new facility and the development of next-generation products such as blood collection needles and pre-filled syringes.
DMD Advocates scope of work encompassed conducting legal due diligence on Harsoria Healthcare Private Limited, as well as drawing up the transaction documentation.
