DSK advised shareholder agreement for Zurich Airport International AG
On Saturday, July 17, 2021, Zurich Airport International AG signed a shareholder agreement with the Noida International Airport Limited (NIAL) for the development of an international Airport at Jewar, Uttar Pradesh.
Harvinder Singh, Partner, DSK Legal advised Zurich Airport International AG and YIAPL on various legal issues connected with the shareholders agreement and reviewing, revising and finalizing the same and also advised on completion of various pre and post execution conditions.
As per the Shareholders Agreement, NIAL will hold one golden share in Yamuna International Airport Pvt Ltd (YIAPL) - a 100% subsidiary of Zurich Airport International AG and the concessionaire for the development of greenfield international airport at Jewar, Greater Noida.
NIAL is a company set up by the Government of Uttar Pradesh, NOIDA Authority, Greater NOIDA Authority and Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority, to act as the nodal agency for the Noida International Airport project.
