DSK Legal Advised Apogee Supply Chain On Acquisition Of 49% Stake In Dyne Infotech
DSK Legal advised Apogee Supply Chain, Inc. (“Apogee”) in relation to its acquisition of a 49% stake in Dyne Infotech Private Limited (“Dyne”) through a secondary share purchase from existing shareholders.
Dyne is a technology company that offers software solutions for the Indian freight forwarding and customs brokerage community. Apogee provides comprehensive logistics services including transportation, warehousing, distribution, customs brokerage, freight forwarding, and consulting across India.
DSK Legal advised Apogee on drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalising the share purchase agreement, shareholders’ agreement, and other transaction documents. The firm also assisted in reviewing conditions precedent and facilitating the completion of the transaction.
