The leading law firm, DSK Legal, advised and assisted Cencora Inc. in connection with its 100% acquisition of Omdisha Healthcare Technologies Private Limited (“Omdisha”) from its existing shareholders.
Omdisha is engaged in the development of software solutions enabling precision medicine in oncology, including artificial intelligence and machine learning-enabled products for data curation and decision support in the life sciences sector.
DSK Legal’s role and scope of work involved:
- (i) Conducting the legal due diligence on Omdisha;
- (ii) Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, amending, and finalizing the share purchase agreement, employment agreements, consultant agreements, and other ancillary transaction documents;
- (iii) Assisting in the execution and closing of the transaction.
