DSK Legal advised Gera Real Estate Private Limited on INR 221 crore land acquisition in Pune
DSK Legal advised and assisted Gera Real Estate Private Limited (“Company”) in relation to the acquisition of land admeasuring approximately 27,993 square meters, along with the agreed development potential forming part of the Integrated Township situated at Village Wagholi, Taluka Mulshi, District Pune (“Property”). The Property was owned by Chronix Projects Private Limited and Envision Construwell LLP.
The deal is valued at INR 221,00,00,000/- (Rupees Two Hundred and Twenty-One Crores only).
DSK Legal assisted the Company in, inter alia:
- Conducting due diligence in respect of the Property and issuing a Memo on Title;
- Advising on structuring of the transaction;
- Advising, preparing, revising, negotiating, and finalizing the transaction documents including the Agreement to Sell, Deed of Conveyance, Power of Attorney, and other ancillary deeds, letters, and writings;
- Execution and registration of the transaction documents.
