DSK Legal Advised Godrej Properties on Acquisition of Land in Raipur for Premium Residential Development
DSK Legal advised and assisted Godrej Properties Limited (“Company”) in respect of the acquisition of land admeasuring 20.249 hectares (approximately 50.03 acres) situated at Village Doma, Tehsil and District Raipur, Chhattisgarh (“Property”), from Swastik Project, for the development of premium plotted residential units with a saleable area of around 9.5 lakh square feet.
DSK Legal assisted the Company by:
- (i) Conducting due diligence in respect of the Property and issuing a Memo on Title;
- (ii) Advising and assisting the Company on land ceiling related issues, matters relating to lands owned by members of aboriginal tribes, the development potential of the Property, and conversion of the Property for non-agricultural use.
