DSK Legal Advised John Cockerill Group On Joint Venture With EPHL For Indian Army’s Zorawar Tank Turrets
DSK Legal assisted and advised John Cockerill Group (“JCD Group”) in setting up a joint venture with Electro Pneumatics & Hydraulics Pvt Ltd (“EPHL”) for the co-manufacturing, assembling, and commissioning of turrets for the lightweight tank ‘Zorawar’, jointly developed by DRDO and L&T for the Indian Army. Designed for high-altitude and desert warfare, this collaboration marks a significant advancement in India’s defense manufacturing sector.
