DSK Legal advised Kotak Investment Advisers real estate fund for investments in India
DSK Legal advised Kotak Investment Advisers Limited ("KIAL"), in relation to the closure of KIAL's 12th real estate fund for investments in office assets in India.
This fund will have a corpus of USD 590 million (US Dollars Five Hundred and Ninety Million only) and is formed with a wholly owned subsidiary of Abu Dhabi Investment Authority ("ADIA") and is domiciled in Gujarat International Finance Tech City ("GIFT City").
DSK Legal assisted KIAL in, inter alia: reviewing, negotiating and revising the contribution agreement(s), investment management agreement and the trust deed and drafting and reviewing of all other ancillary documents related to the transaction.
