DSK Legal advised Polestar Solutions on USD 12.5 million Series A funding round
The leading law firm in India, DSK Legal advised and assisted Polestar Solutions and Services India Private Limited (“Polestar”) and its existing shareholders in connection with its Series A funding round, which included both a primary issuance and a secondary sale of shares by the existing shareholders. The round was led by a USA-headquartered investor, with an aggregate investment of USD 12,500,000.
Polestar is engaged in providing data engineering and analytics services, including the design, implementation, and management of data systems for clients globally.
DSK Legal advised on the transaction, including drafting, negotiating and finalising the transaction documents, such as the share subscription-cum-share purchase agreement and shareholders’ agreement, assisting with completion of conditions precedent, and providing support in relation to the closing of the transaction.
