DSK Legal advised QuNu Labs on its Series A investment round
DSK Legal assisted and advised QuNu Labs Private Limited (“Company”) and its promoters in relation to its Series A investment round by I-Hub Quantum Technology Foundation, Speciale Invest Continuity Fund I, Mr. Ashish Ramesh Kacholia, Ms. Madhulika Agarwal, Ms. Neha Sanghvi, Tenacity Ventures Fund – I, and Singularity Early Opportunities Fund (collectively, the “Investors”). The Investors invested by way of subscription to equity shares and Series A compulsorily convertible preference shares of the Company (“Transaction”).
QuNu Labs operates in the quantum-safe cryptography space, providing technology solutions and services related to quantum key distribution, quantum security, cryptography, network security, hack-proof communication, and communication security that aim to protect assets against current vulnerabilities and future cyber threats.
The scope of work of DSK Legal included:
(a) drafting, reviewing, revising, negotiating, and finalizing the:
(i) term sheet,
(ii) share subscription agreement,
(iii) shareholders' agreement, and
(iv) disclosure letter;
(b) amending the constitutional documents of the Company; and
(c) assisting in the closing of the Transaction.
The DSK Legal team representing the Company comprised of Mr. Sharath Chandrasekhar (Partner), Mr. Aravind K. (Associate Partner), Ms. Simran Sharma (Senior Associate), and Ms. Srinandini Kar (Associate).
