DSK Legal advised SRL Limited, a subsidiary of Fortis Healthcare Limited, in relation to acquisition of the business of M/s Lifeline Laboratories, to expand SRL’s footprint in Delhi NCR region in the diagnostic services domain.
Lifeline Laboratories is engaged in the business of providing diagnostic services with its operations located in Delhi NCR region.
DSK Legal assisted and advised SRL Limited on all legal aspects of the transaction, including:
1. conducting legal due diligence of Lifeline Laboratories;
2. transaction structuring, drafting, negotiating, and finalizing the definitive agreements for the acquisition of the business undertaking of Lifeline Laboratories;
3. assisting in Closing of the transaction.
