The Mumbai-based full-service law firm Economic Laws Practice has advised New Silk Route, a private equity fund, which has sold its stake in Ascend Telecom Infrastructure to GIP EM Ascend Private Limited, a co-investment fund managed by Global Infrastructure Partners.
