Elevate Services buys OnRamp


Legal service provider, Elevate Services had leveraged the US-based legal tech company, OnRamp. Financial details of the acquisition were not revealed.

Following the buyout, OnRamp's CEO, Paul Lippe will join Elevate's advisory board. Elevate Services was advised by their in-house team led by General Counsel Daniel Coll.

As per Elevate CEO, Lokendra Tomar, acquisition would help firm in several means."In the long term, Paul Lippe's vision about how to leverage technology, including artificial intelligence, for the benefit of legal work will help to shape our strategy and best practices for years to come."
