Global Insurance Services (brokers) Private Limited (a non-govt. company involved in insurance and pension funding, except compulsory social security) and its promoters Prabodh Bhagwandas Thakker and Sunita Prabodh Thakker have acquired the entire stake of 26% of Aon Holdings B.V (a company that provides advisory services on risk management, employee benefits, and insurance) in their Indian Insurance JV broking company “Aon Global Insurance Brokers.”
The company’s name after the acquisition has been changed to “Global Insurance Brokers Private Limited.”
Global Insurance Services Brokers and its promoters were advised by DSK Legal. Aon Holdings B.V. was advised by Trilegal.
