IndiaNivesh, Venture capital Fund, is picking up a minority stake in facility management services provider CLR Facility Services Pvt. Ltd for an undisclosed amount. Earlier in January 2017, CLR had acquired majority stake in Mumbai-based Right Resources Corporate Services.
The latest investment will promote the organization for the next growth phase including its inorganic strategy, in which entering new geographies and service segments is its next aim.
Legasis Partners team led by Partner Apurv Sardeshmukh along with Associates Mugdha Joshi, Vaishnavi Bhat, Aanchal Lamba and Sayali Sohani acted for the private equity firm IndiaNivesh Fund in the investment.
Legalogic Consulting advised CLR Facility Services in deal, and Legalogic Consulting was represented by Partners Vikas Agarwal and Vivek Sadhale and Associates Rutuja Deshpande and Yuga Kekare.
CLR Facility Services was founded in the year 2008 and it supplies manpower and handles facility management. Early in 2017, CLR had reputedly acquired a majority stake in Mumbai-based Right Resources Corporate Services Pvt. Ltd.
