Infradigital Technologies sells business to Times Internet Ltd

Infradigital Technologies, a company promoted by Eros Labs, were advised by DMD Advocates, in selling its business of production and distribution of spiritual, devotional and religious audio-visual content and literature to Innertech Media Solutions Private Limited.

Times Internet Limited has a portfolio company named Innertech.

The DMD team was led by Senior Partner Rashi Dhir along with Principal Associate Shivendra Singh and Associate Sukhmani Singh.

Innertech and Times Internet were represented by Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas. The SAM team was led by Principal Associate Nikhil Sachdeva, along with Associate Mayank Malhotra.

The business division was transferred on a slump sale basis, as a growing concern.
