J. Sagar Associates (JSA) advised DXC Technologies sale to Veritas Capital
DXC Technologies has completed the sale of its U.S. State and Local Health and Human Services business to Veritas Capital, a leading investor in government and healthcare technology businesses, to form Gainwell Technologies.
Gainwell will operate as a standalone company with over 7,500 employees who support clients across 42 U.S. states and territories with offerings including Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS), fiscal agent services, program integrity, care management, immunization registry and eligibility services.
J. Sagar Associates (JSA) advised DXC Technologies on the India leg of the sale of its U.S. State and Local Health and Human Services business to Veritas Capital. The global transaction is valued at USD 5 billion. The India transaction is valued at USD 21, 998, 640.38.
DXC's U.S. State and Local Health and Human Services business entails providing design, development and implementation services for state and territory Medicaid programs; fiscal agent services that operate business functions of states' and territories' Medicaid programs; and implementation and other outsourcing services for states' and territories' Women, Infants & Children programs, Immunization Registry programs and Integrated Eligibility & Enrolment programs.
