J. Sagar Associates (JSA) Team comprised of lead partner Gerald Manoharan, senior associate Sonakshi Das and Associates Soujanya Gollapudi advised, Indian affiliate of Data Migration Resources in its global acquisition by Syniti.
As part of the global acquisition of DMR by Syniti, the JSA team provided end-to-end support to Intrinsic IT Solutions Private Limited (Indian affiliate of DMR) on its asset transfers, including employee transfers, to Syniti's India affiliate – Backoffice IT Services India Private Limited.
The deal saw a global merger of two leading data migration service providers - which could potentially have a major impact in a post-COVID data driven world
