Khaitan & Co advised Delachaux S.A. on the Indian law aspects of the sale of its shares in Frauscher Sensor Technology Group GmbH (Austria) to Wabtec Corporation for an enterprise value of EUR 675 million. Frauscher is a global leader in train detection and axle counting systems.
