Khaitan & Co advised TVS Motor Company and its wholly owned subsidiary TVS Motor (Singapore) Pte Ltd in the acquisition of identified assets from Ion Mobility Pte. Ltd., a Singapore-based electric vehicle company.

The Firm advised on the multi-jurisdictional transaction, including acting as instructing counsel across jurisdictions such as Singapore and Indonesia.
