Khaitan & Co Advised 360 One Alternates Asset Management On Investment In Knowledge Realty Trust
Khaitan & Co advised 360 One Alternates Asset Management Limited on its investment of approximately INR 700 crores in Knowledge Realty Trust, a Blackstone-backed Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), as part of the REIT’s INR 1,400 crore pre-IPO fundraising round.
The investment forms a significant component of Knowledge Realty Trust’s strategic capital raise ahead of its upcoming initial public offering, and will support the REIT’s objectives of consolidating high-quality commercial real estate assets, expanding its footprint, and strengthening its financial position.
Khaitan & Co advised on all aspects of the transaction, including drafting, negotiating, and finalising key deal documents, such as the warrants subscription agreement, share purchase agreement, and the strategic investor unit subscription agreement.
