Khaitan & Co advised A&M Capital Europe on divestment of its entire stake in Ayesa Engineering Group
The leading law firm in India, Khaitan & Co acted as legal counsel to A&M Capital Europe in connection with the sale of its entire stake in the Ayesa Engineering Group (Ayesa) to Colliers International Group Inc (Colliers) for an estimated deal value of EUR 600 million. The transaction included the indirect acquisition of Ayesa’s Indian subsidiary, Ayesa India Pvt Ltd (Ayesa India).
The Firm’s role included conducting legal vendor due diligence on Ayesa India.
The Khaitan & Co core transaction team comprised Rabindra Jhunjhunwala (Partner), Kevin Shah (Counsel), Sayani Bhattacharyya (Senior Associate), and Ankush Unni (Associate), with support on employment law aspects of the due diligence by Deepak Kumar (Partner) and Ananya Gandhi (Associate).
