Khaitan & Co advised Baird Capital on Indian law aspects of its USD 53 million investment in EvoluteIQ, a native AI platform designed to automate end-to-end processes across industries. The investment will enable EvoluteIQ to accelerate its global expansion and strengthen its leadership in the enterprise-grade, agentic AI-led automation space.
